First let me state that my opinions on here are strictly mine. If you agree or feel a different way, that fine, not going to lose sleep over it.
So yesterday on Friday the 13th of all days, Paris was struck with a terrorist attack. My heart goes out to the families who lost loved ones. The events that occurred are as follows:
Details emerged Saturday of seven successive attacks in Paris – the first of which hit Stade de France at 9:20pm. Two more bombs went off within half an hour, while gunmen started killing spree in eastern Paris nightlife area. Five separate shootings struck bars and restaurants just minutes apart, leaving at least 50 people dead. By 9:49, four gunmen had stormed the Bataclan theatre, where they murdered at least 80 hostages. Stand-off at the music venue continued until past midnight, when police stormed the building (dailymail.co.uk)
Around the world, people are coming together to support Paris. We see #prayforparis along with other numerous twitter handles. Facebook profile pictures are covered with French flags. Political leaders calling for action against ISIS. Basically, we’re seeing the typical reaction we’ve seen from other attacks. There is one group that has posted about Paris that just irritates the fuck out of me. That would be the Campus Activist who are whining because the spotlight is off of them. Especially the fucktards at University of Missouri. I will not repost any of these idiots twitter postings since that will be giving them a platform to spill their idiocy. But in a nutshell they are saying that the “racism” shown by a Dean is the same as a terrorist attack. I’m all for free speech, even when it makes completely no sense. But this shit here takes the cake.
The problem that I have with these young adults is that they are part of the entitlement generation. They were brought up to think they can do no wrong and that the world is out to get them. They have never known the sting of a hand across their ass for doing wrong. They only believe in free speech when it pertains to something that they agree with. They feel as though their feelings should never be hurt, and if it is, you are in the wrong. They denounce the military and law enforcement, but expect them to step up when it comes to their safety. That idea of giving those kids an award just for showing up, hows that working for you now? A majority of our kids are being taught that the white man is evil, and that the white man of today needs to pay for the mistakes of the past. I for one don’t think Columbus should be celebrated, but i’m not going to blame my white neighbor now for the death of millions of native americans.
This leads me back to these fucktards and this attack. These young adults are the children of Sept. 11, 2001. I imagine that most were too young to remember the effects of our own terrorist attacks. What they fail to see is the bigger picture. Last week, a Russian Airliner was brought down by ISIS. Yesterday, the attacks on Paris. I think it’s safe to say that we (America) could be next. I’m not saying it will happen today or tomorrow or next week. I’m saying that ISIS has made numerous threats and they’ve followed through on them. So to the entitlement generation who are bitching about a racist dean or those that want $15 to flip a burger, forgive me for not giving two fuck about your cause. I’m more worried about someone coming in and blowing up your school, a mall, or a concert arena. For those that say it will never happen, I do remember two tall towers that once stood in New York.
I’ve seen quite a few on social media putting the blame and the creation of ISIS on Obama. I mean come on Mr. President, on the morning of the Paris attack, you say “What is true, from the start our goal has been first to contain and we have contained them. They have not gained ground in Iraq and in Syria. They’ll come in. They’ll leave. But you don’t see this systemic march by ISIL across the terrain. What we have not yet been able to do is to completely decapitate their command and control structures. We’ve made some progress in trying to reduce the flow of foreign fighters.”, it makes it hard to vouch for you. Let me break down this quote. First off “They’ll come in. They’ll leave”. True, they’ll come in with bombs, and leave in pieces. Second, “you don’t see this systemic march”. Unless of course you’re talking about the march (hypothetically speaking) from Syria to Paris. And third, “We’ve made some progress in trying to reduce the flow of foreign fighters.” Again, the refugees are not helping. I sure bet he could take back that speech. What Obama should have done is arm the Syria rebels before ISIS had the chance to grow.
With that being said, I not only blame Obama for withdrawing troops when we should have just set up shop, but I put a majority of the blame on Bush. You can not try to bring democracy to a country that for years has been led by a dictator. Saddam had the Sunnis and Shiites on lock. Once we got into Iraq and removed Saddam, it became a free for all scenario and today is slap in the face to our American and allied troops who gave their lives for nothing.
What’s next? I think that is the million dollar question. Personally, I’d like to see the United States put the political correctness bullshit on the back burner. We are supposed to take in about 10,000 refugees. Lets ask Paris how that went. So no refugees. Work with Putin. The guy is crazy, but the guy also doesn’t mess around. We need to attack ISIS from all sides and in order to do that, we need to put our differences to the side.
In closing. This is a war that has to be won against ISIS. This is not a war against Islam. Saying that the two go hand in hand, yet you make no connection to Waco or Oklahoma and Christianity is pure selfishness. Our nation needs to come together now in the wake of Paris or we’ll just have to wait for another 9/11.
